My inspiration and goals for our schools
I am running because every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed in a safe, caring, and well-supported school. I want to listen to families, support educators and staff, and help ensure that decisions are transparent, responsible, and focused on student achievement. I completed a specialized university-level program combining business administration and economics, and I bring experience in leadership, finance, and organizational management. I hope to represent Ward 4 with integrity, practical judgment, and respect for parents, students, staff, and the wider community.
Experience to serve our community
My professional background has given me experience in leadership, finance, budgeting, and organizational management. I am accustomed to reviewing complex information, weighing priorities, and making responsible, practical decisions. My specialized university-level studies in business administration and economics strengthened my analytical and financial understanding. As a Winnipeg resident, I value open communication, respectful collaboration, and accountability to the community. These experiences would help me contribute thoughtfully to the Board of Trustees and keep students, families, staff, and the responsible use of public resources at the centre of every decision.

My decisions and actions will be guided by integrity, transparency, accountability, and respect. I will put students’ learning, safety, and well-being at the centre of every decision while listening carefully to parents, families, educators, staff, and the wider community. I believe in responsible stewardship of public resources, evidence-informed decision-making, open communication, and respectful collaboration. If elected, I will approach each issue independently, fairly, and with a practical focus on what best serves students and strengthens our schools.
